Try pushing the two buttons on the side of the clasp (the security pin) when you close the watch and let go of the security pin while you attempt to close it; make sure you firmly close the clasp on both sides to make sure the clasp locks. If you do decide to take it to a local jeweler, please make sure you go to a watch repair jeweler. We strongly recommend going to a watch professional for repairs or adjustments.
If the problem with the clasp continues then we would be happy to replace the watch for you.
