If for some reason you have not received your watch and should have please check your tracking. If the tracking link shows the item has been delivered please contact your local USPS carrier that delivered your item. Often packages are left in the mailbox, door step or with a front desk associate.
If the package is not found and deemed lost we will need to fill out a small claims with the carrier. To do this please download and fill out this form for our customer care team. They will put in the claim with the carrier and provide you with the additional watch.
